Great-great-great aunt Agnes
, witch

Timothy McBride, warlock

The family back during Agnes' time became aware of a warlock who was killing innocents. They narrowed it down to a single suspect - Tmothy McBride. But Aunt Agnes claimed the suspect was her long lost brother. She protected him from the family as long as she could.
Agnes was trying to locate a sister, scrying with the help of an enchanted mirror. When Timothy happened to pass behind the mirror. While he seemed to be pleasant and handsome, she saw who he really was in the reflection. Realising her mistake she now went up against him herself.
She was casting a vanquishing spell at his true face, his reflection, and as a result his physical being was cast into the mirror.
The warlock seemed to have been drawing power from the murders of mortals. Agnes won the battle but the injuries she took eventually killed her.

To become corporal again he needed the mirror.
Timothy has the ability to glamour.
While trying to regain his physical body he is able to manipulate fog or take the form of fog himself.

Summary: Phoebe Halliwell is stunned when her latest vision involves her younger half sister, Paige. The vision reveals to her that Paige is actually an imposter who will infiltrate the Power of Three and break it apart. However, Piper is dismissive when she learns of Phoebe's concerns -- so much so that Cole and Leo end up taking sides as well. Before long, all involved are on edge.
Paige senses that her sisters are acting strangely around her, so when she meets Timothy McBride, an attractive young stranger who purports to be a witch, she decides not to tell them. She wants to have something of her own, separate from her Charmed duties. Secrets are estranging the sisters from one another, and the timing isn't good. Women are turning up all over the city, dead by supernatural causes. The perpetrator may be connected to the sisters' past -- but if they can't work together, they might not be able to stop him.

Summary: 10 out of 12
Well written and entertaining although the plot of a cryptic prophecy and Phoebe falling for it so fast is a bit thin. But since aunt Agnes has been fooled, credulousness must run in the family.
